You have create a speech bubble box, next create another layer again and this time select the text tool. See Figure 1.12 above. Click on the area you wish to insert the text. Type according to what you have planned in the storyboard. Keep repeating steps above(Part IV) to more create speech bubbles boxes within the panel as you like. Once you are done, save the file as panel#.pdn. (# meaning the panel number e.g. panel1.pdn is first panel save file.)

Once you have save the file, do the following click on Save As… Select PNG and save a new file as panel1.png. When prompted to flatten the layers, click Yes. This will be known as a processed file.
Continue to cut for more scenes, add speech bubbles and process it into png files. Initially, it may take hours of practicing but as you get used to it, you’ll be much more faster. It shouldn’t take long for you to process a panel unless your character have a lot of speech bubbles in it - the usual case a panel just have 1 or 2 speech bubbles.
