shestartswriting Hi all, today’s post is not about effect tutorials in Paint.NET but more on getting your characters ready for Gamic-based role-playing ( a new way of roleplaying) in Trickster Online; and to draft a storyline for each of your characters as you play the game.

For those that wanted more sprites from Trickster, well you are in luck coz, today’s post I will be releasing two Trickster sprites 1stJobCat and 1stJobLion.

Now, some of you might be wondering why go to such extend to do so much for a game.

Lol, frankly to tell you that; role-playing still plays an important role to determine whether you are just “playing another online game and hoping the contents from the company would ’somewhat’ entertains you” or you are role-playing and eventually creating exciting stories out from it.

Ok let’s not have anymore theory talks here, and jump into action.

Step 1 : Download Celtx from http://www.celtx.com (FREE)

celtx_front Celtx is a free screen-writing software for writing and formatting a screenplay or  story-board. This is one of the software used by directors and screenwriters to write down their storyline and voice overs.

In olden day, we role-play inside the game as dwarves and elves and learn to dialogue in the game. Is basically, having fun in play acting inside the game.

Well sad to say, nowadays people don’t do this or that often anymore and every game server is usually mix up with people that plays the game casually, people that actually role play and people that can be both.

Gamic-based roleplay technique is unique and can survive in environment of any mmog game server we have today because all we need is a mmog world, character storyline and the content/your role-playing stories for your blog.
