Step 3

This is the interesting part, you now can use magic wand to do wonders. Be sure the Layer 2 is selected. Select the outer portion of the character. Notice it will all turn in blueish.

Press Ctrl + I to select within the bunny. Congratulation, you have just selected a pixel perfect bunny shape. Look for the layers panel, select background layer (original screenshot). Press Ctrl + C to copy. That’s it bunny is ready to teleport to the another world lol..just joking.
