Today’s write-up I’ll revealing to you some Plugins for Paint.Net used to create wonderful gamic effects. The outline or stroke effect.

For those that downloaded Paint.NET, you will come to notice that this software also comes with large varieties of Plug-In downloadable in their developer forum.

Today we are going to discuss more about the effect Outline

Outline -Used to create strong headline text. It create a stroke or outline on fonts or graphics of a layer. Below shows how outline effect is applied. Some of the plugins are already installed in some version of Paint.NET to check whether that effect is installed, mouse over to Effects and mouse over Object and see if Outline… is there.
